Get Excited! Spy Photos of the 2015 Chrysler 200 Indicate a Huge Upgrade

The 2015 Chrysler 200 is expected to make its formal debut at the 2014 Detroit auto show in January.

We can't wait, because the consensus at acardealer.com is that the new 200 North American International Auto Show in Detroit.
will be an absolute game-changer in the midsize sedan class. Keep your eyes peeled for its debut at the January, 2014

Ralph Gilles, Chrysler’s vice president of design, had previously promised the new 2015 Chrysler 200 would “look unlike any Chrysler we’ve ever seen.” He wasn’t kidding, even if the new 200 doesn’t seem very radical in early spy photographs.

The first thing you will notice is the stylish four-door-coupe roofline doing its best to impersonate something like the Audi A7, or maybe the Volkswagen CC. The front-end styling is a departure from recent Chrysler designs with narrow headlights and an equally short, chrome-trimmed grille. In profile, the bullet-nosed 200 is somewhat reminiscent of the Tesla Model S. This new design language should definitely help the 200 get noticed in a segment filled with hot sellers like the Toyota Camry and Honda Accord, as well as more stylish offerings like the Ford Fusion and Mazda6.

The interior also represents a vast improvement. The instrument panel design looks similar to what is found in the Dodge Dart (not a bad thing), including the oversized instrument gauges and possibly even the LED accent lighting. The center stack and console are clean with minimal buttons and knobs. Also detected is a rotary gear selector, which may confirm reports from last year that suggested the 200 will use a nine-speed automatic transmission to help it hit 38 miles per gallon on the highway.

Beneath the surface, the 2015 Chrysler 200, which is known within as the UF project, rides upon a modified version of the Fiat-derived Compact US-Wide (CUSW) platform, which also underpins both the 2013 Dodge Dart sedan and the 2014 Jeep Cherokee crossover. Powertrain details on the new 200 are scarce at this point in time, but the vehicle is expected to be offered with Chrysler’s TigerShark 2.4-liter four-cylinder, along with 3.2-liter and 3.6-liter variants of the Pentastar V-6. The rotary gearshift knob alluded to above is a pretty good indicator that the 2015 Chrysler 200 will be offered with the new nine-speed automatic transmission, which was developed in partnership with ZF and made its production debut in the 2014 Jeep Cherokee.

Although these shots only show the new 2015 Chrysler 200 sedan, a new 200 convertible may also be in the works. If that model is still on track, expect it to debut shortly after production of the 2015 200 sedan commences at Chrysler’s facility in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

Infiniti G Series Sedan, Coupe and Convertible Named to Edmunds' List of Best Pre-Owned Vehicles

We at acardealer.com admire Infinit's execution of the G Series, though now supplanted by the Q Series. The G has always been a smart alternative to the BMW 3 series, which is
obvious, but compelling. Through the years, Infiniti has been tenacious in offering excellent performance, handling and luxury to rival its German competitor.

Now, the well-priced, well-made G Series turns up on Edmunds.com's list of most attractive pre-owned cars for the 2006-2011 model years. The G's in question include the G35, G37 and G25.

Compared to that German benchmark, the Infiniti G's roomier cabin and lower acquisition and maintenance costs make it a smart choice for savvy enthusiasts. Available in sedan, coupe and convertible body styles, the Infiniti G series can be anything from a practical midsize family sport sedan to a 2+2 sport coupe to a carefree rag-top that boasts a
retractable hardtop—as long as you don't mind the minute trunk capacity when the top is down. (Both the coupe and convertible are now available as Q models.)

Naturally, the sedan will make the most sense for most folks, while the rakish coupe and convertible versions are a great alternative for Nissan Z car fans seeking more practicality and refinement, as their performance capabilities are very much the same.

According to U.S. News, the G37 ranks third out of 23 Upscale Midsize Cars. A large part of its high ranking, we think, is due not only to its great handling, but the G boasts a beautiful, luxurious interior. In addition, all G37 models come with a strong list of standard features, which includes leather-trimmed seats, heated front seats, dual-zone climate control,a backup camera and USB and Bluetooth connections. When compared with rival cars, many reviewers agree that the 2013 G37’s tech features are among the most user-friendly you’ll find.

So, would you rather own a brand-new G37 rather than a pre-owned model?  if you want to get into a G before the model goes away, take a few minutes and stop by Roswell Infiniti of North Atlanta for incredible offers on their remaining G37 inventory. Right now, during Roswell Infinit's Limited Engagement Year-End Event, you can slip into a new G sedan Sign&Drive lease for under $300 per month. That's right. A stylish new G37 for less than $300.

Whether you're looking at a new or used G, or its successor, the fantastic, high-tech Q50, now is the perfect time of the year to take advantage of the selection, savings and service at Georgia's Number One Infiniti Dealer. Roswell Infiniti will exceed your expectations.

It May Not Debut Until Next Fall, But the 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Will Come in Family-Friendly Wagon Form

Pioneering American families will be able to "circle the wagons" next fall when the new-generation Mercedes-Benz C-Class comes to the states in an efficient and classy
stretched version to complement the 2015 C-Class sedan.

At acardealer.com, we love wagons and hatchbacks, so we welcome the new compact version that looks so much like its big brother, the S-Class.

The next C-Class has been spotted plenty of times already in sedan form, and as we say, it looks a lot like a small S-Class. But there's another body style that has since been spotted, a C-Class wagon that intrepid spies photographed outside Mercedes-Benz' research and development center in Germany. Despite the camouflage, the wagon looks close to being ready for production.

While the new C-Class Wagon, otherwise known as the T-Model and Estate, will continue to place the focus on space and practicality, it seems Mercedes-Benz' designers have tried to cover up the additional body panels in a more styling fashion compared to the current model, with a sharper looking profile window line and rear end.
To put it succinctly, the interior of the 2015 is simply stunning, a gorgeous marriage of upscale materials and craftsmanship. It's spacious, too.

Speaking of interior room, the new C-Class Wagon's longer wheelbase with a corresponding increase in length, along with the wider tracks of the new MRA platform architecture, will offer better passenger accommodation and luggage volume over the model it replaces. The increased exterior dimensions won't come with a weight penalty. In fact, Mercedes has said that the use of lighter materials will allow all models of the next W205 C-Class to be lighter than their predecessors.

In the markets that Mercedes will offer the C-Class Wagon, the engine range will mirror that of the sedan model with both gasoline and diesel units.

If you're not a huge wagon fan, you might opt for the impressive looks of the coming C-Class convertible. This droptop is expected to hit the market in 2015, a year after the new sedan, as a 2016 model.

Either way, there is little question that the next C-Class offering, from sedan to wagon to convertible will wow Mercedes-Benz fans wherever you might reside and drive.

Does the upcoming C-Class fit into your family's wish list for optimum luxury and values in a compact package? As soon as the model arrives, Atlanta's innovative Mercedes-Benz dealer, Atlanta Classic Cars, will help you discover its many attributes.

Ford's New Edge Concept Greets the Crowd in L.A.—We Have to Say it Looks Sharper than Ever

Essentially a tall-roofed family wagon, with a spacious tech-connected interior and punchy
yet fuel-efficient powertrains, the Edge has been, and will be, a good pick for small families, and empty-nesters who need a little extra space.

The cabin on the new Edge is absolutely excellent—its upgraded cabin materials and sophisticated look are in tune with the best offerings available from any manufacturer.

At the base level, the Edge moves briskly with its 285-horsepower, 3.5-liter V-6 and six-speed automatic. The Sport model upgrades to a 3.7-liter making 305 hp, as well as upgraded handling, while those looking for better fuel economy will want the new 2.0-liter turbocharged EcoBoost four, rated at 240 hp. With it, the Edge gets a lineup-leading highway gas mileage of 30 mpg. Altogether, it neatly bridges the five-seat experience now from Escape to Explorer.

In regard to ride and handling, the Edge drives like a car with a high seating position. Ride quality tends to be on the firm side, but not at all busy, while steering response is quick yet relaxed on the highway. Its secure, predictable, and responsive driving character makes it a great choice for busy family commuters.

Best of all, the spacious, brisk-performing 2014 Edge base price starts at just over 28K—with lots of standard features. And in our view, it looks just as good as it performs. In this class, we at acardealer.com really feel the Edge is an unusually smart choice.

For Ford fans who have been waiting for this exciting new upgrade, the 2014 Ford Edge should hit showrooms as we speak—at least by mid-December.

Whichever Ford model model appeals to your senses—even if it's the unique, roomy Ford Flex Limited with 350 lb.-ft. of torque and 23 MPG highway, plan to visit Akins Ford in Winder, Georgia. Akins is worth a drive from anywhere in the Atlanta area.
